Sip & Savour

A Tu BeShvat Experience

The Wine

Join us for an evening celebrating the Land of Israel with fine wines from Israel's oldest winery in the foothills of the Judean hills, the vineyards of the Galilee, and  the fertile Jezreel Valley in the region of Mount Tabor.

Some have the tradition to "Sip & Savour" four cups of wine on Tu Beshvat, beginning with White wine, transitioning through a Rosé, and concluding with a deep Red.  (The infusion of colour represents the reinvigoration of nature and, by extension, the rejuvenation of our soul.)  We have selected 4 wines, that can be purchased individually, or as a unit:

Dalton Estate Aromatic 2019 Semi-dry White | Teperberg Red Moscato 2018 | Mount Tabor Rose | Teperberg impression Cabernet 2018
Order Your Israeli Wines by Monday, Jan 25th at noon. (Pickup at the Adas on Wednesday, Jan 27th from noon to 4pm)

The Fruit

Tu Beshvat is a moment in time where we recognize our deep roots in the soil of Israel, as the sap within the tree bark begins to flow.  It is customary to enjoy and reflect upon the various fruit of the Land.

We have prepared jars (500ml) with an assortment of dates, figs, and other dried fruit.  These will be used during our Virtual Tu Beshvat Seder (see below).
