Experience yoga that draws parallels with Jewish, spiritual concepts of growth and healing.  Includes classic yogic postures with a particular focus on body alignment and breath as a foundation for healthy living and restorative movement.  For beginners and advanced students alike. Take a deeper and refreshing look at Jewish, spiritual texts that denote the unique, metaphysical characteristics of masculinity and femininity, possessed by all human beings in various proportions.  Discussions based on the book, Kabbalistic Writings on the Nature of Masculine and Feminine, by Sarah Yehudit Schneider.  Attendance from the beginning is recommended.  For more information contact Aharona at 905-296-3160.
